Bug man visits Broadford

We kick started the Summer Term with an amazing curriculum enrichment day. The Bug man brought along some incredible creatures which we all got to enjoy. First of all we saw various types of stick insects, including a pink winged stick insect and a spiney stick insect.  These were followed by cockroaches, millipedes, a scorpion and the firm favourite...the terrific tarantula. What a wonderful experience for the children and a great way to find out new facts. Did you know that a caterpillar only has 6 legs?
