The children have been enjoying using magnetic rods to construct different shapes and objects this week. The boys in the photo were busy working together to make their own 'electricity'. They joined the rods together in a pretend circuit and made their own on/off switch. They started to count the rods to try and make sure the sections were the same distance apart and drew a 'diagram' of what was happening on the board. Bobby made sure they added to the diagram as they changed their model. Next week there will be batteries and wires available for them to see how electricity really works! Well done, great team work!
