There are so many people who help us! We have already had the lollypop lady in to visit us. We are looking forward to visit from PC Hopkins this week. The children decided that builders help us too, so Mrs Chisholm and Mrs Light made a builders yard inside and out!
Role play and small world is such an important tool for development in the early years. Using these kinds of resources gives children an opportunity to make sense of how the world works and create their own worlds. Pretend play allows children to explore different roles and relationships, think outside the box by questioning rules and norms and exploring multiple possibilities and challenging the logical processes of the world.
