Apple have a visit from the fireman

Apple class thoroughly enjoyed our visit from the local fire fighters. They each had an opportunity to sit in the fire engine, wear the helmet and use the hose. The fireman even showed the children the different equipment and the uniform that they wear too!

By the end of the session every child wanted to join the fire service as a job! Thank you to Mrs Atkinson who led the session for the children.

Aspen Class will have their visit from the fire fighters next week and no doubt they will have just as much fun as we did!
