Monday was very windy...so we had to get the Windy Day Box out.
The children took great delight in exploring wind catchers, windmills and blowing bubbles. They explored the direction of the wind and where it was best to stand to make their windmills move rapidly. This was a great language tool as the children had lots to say about the wind. "Look how fast mine's moving" Alfie shouted excitedly.
