Reception Picnics

Parental Notice:

Aspen Picnic: Monday 12th June

Alder Picnic: Wednesday 14th June

Apple Picnic: Thursday 15th June

As mentioned on our Newsletter all of the Reception children will be going on a local picnic next week, to Central Park (Weather permitting).  

If you are able to help with this trip please let a member of staff know and we will pick the parent/carers out of a hat.  Unfortunately we can not have any helpers with siblings as we need your full focus on the group of children you are responsible for.

Please ensure sunscreen is applied before school (as usual) and the children are dressed accordingly.  If it is hot they need a hat, if it is cooler they need a jacket or rain coat.

You will need to drop your child off and collect them from school at the usual time.

The children will have their school lunch as usual that day and the picnic will consist of a few snacks that we will prepare with the children.  Please note you do not need to send any food in.  

You have already signed a permission slip for local trips when your child first started at Broadford.  We are letting you know out of courtesy, you do not have to do anything differently unless you are helping with the trip.
