Nursery Newsletter - Autumn 1 - 21.09.15

Term:  Autumn 1                          Date 21.9.15

Welcome to all of the new Nursery children and their families.  We are very excited to be working with your children.  This Newsletter is sent out on a weekly basis near the beginning of the week.  A paper copy will be available for you to h elp yourself to on a Monday or Tuesday, alternatively it will be published on the Early Years Blog for all of you who wish to go paperless.

We plan some of our activities and also follow the children’s interests, therefore we set out a list of the objectives which we foresee we will be achieving each week.  Nevertheless we usually achieve much more as we follow your children’s interests and address their needs.

Please read this newsletter carefully as we always included important messages and reminders.  If you have difficulty reading this newsletter, please see a member of staff who will be more than happy go through it with you.

We will be talking about our families this week and making a display. Please send in a photo of your child’s family.  We will photocopy these and return them to you immediately.

Thank you to all of the parents who have sent in spare clothes and wellington boots.  These items should all be named and we would ideally like them to be left in school.

Our wishing tree is looking very full.  Thank you to everyone who has completed a leaf.  If you would like a spare leaf please ask a member of staff.

We regularly update our EYFS blog. Please like our Broadford Primary Facebook page every time you see an EYFS blog. Feel free to make a comment on the children’s experiences.

If you wish to contact a member of the EYFS staff please email them at eyfs@broadford.havering.sch.uk
