Reception Superheroes!

The children in Reception have been busy saving the day in their new role play area.  Role play provides children with the chance to develop their communication and language skills, social skills and also provides opportunities for writing and expressive arts and design. The children have been donning capes and masks and responding to emergency phone calls. They demonstrated great reciprocity with their peers as they developed narratives within their play.
