Wow!!  What an amazing day we have all had!

The children started their day with the Joe Wicks' workout and loved every minute of it.

A HUGE thank you to our wonderful Alfie and Esmee who helped Mrs Hathaway collect in all your generous donations  - we will let you know how much Broadford raises once all donations are in.

The children had great fun completing lots of arts and craft activities and creating their giant Pudsey's for our dress the door competition.

Here are some of the amazing Pudsey Doors the children created.

The children were next tasked with the challenge of designing their own Pudsey Bear Tote Bag. Each class chose their favourite design and then Mrs Nicholls chose a winning design for Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

The three winning designs will then be scanned and printed on to some special paper and then heat pressed onto a canvas tote bag.  The bags will be printed by the wonderful guys at Nickel Press Printers, who are a family run business based in Seven Kings, Ilford.

Broadford Primary would like to thank you for your generous offer to print these bags for our children.

Children in Need Day

Children In Need - Friday 19th November

We are very excited to be celebrating Children In Need on Friday 19th November.    All children can come to school wearing something yellow, spotty clothes or if they have bear ears/accessories or children in need merchandise.

Please ensure that pupils still have appropriate footwear and outdoor coats to wear.

We are asking for a voluntary contribution of £1 per family to go towards the charities that are supported through this event.

Throughout the morning pupils will be participating in Joe Wicks’ ultimate feel good Friday workout!

We will be holding two competitions in school during the day:

Competition 1:

Design a new Pudsey Bear as a class.  These will be  displayed on the classroom doors.

Competition2:

Design a Pudsey Bear Tote Bag. The children will have the opportunity to create their own design on an A4 piece paper. The winning designs will be scanned and heat pressed onto a Tote bag for the winner to keep!

Nursery Obstacle Course July 2021

The afternoon Nursery children really enjoyed taking part in the obstacle course. They were very excited to begin! The children crawled under the tarp sheet, balanced along the bench and crawled through the tunnels before jumping in and out of the tyres and running to the end of the course.

We had so much fun we ran the course over and over again.
