All of the children start each day on the happy face, if the children are not using kind hands or kind words, or following their teachers instructions they are given a number of chances to redeem themselves. As a last resort the children go on to the sad face. A number of children are still working on their listening skills, please don't worry, I'm sure working together we will get there with them.
