14.12.2020 Reception Home Learning Stickman

Stickman

Dear Parents and Carers,

Thank you for your continued support throughout this academic term. This year has been very strange for all of us and your children are a credit to you all. They have adjusted to new routines and expectations as well as adapting to learning at home. We have lots of fun-filled activities which can be completed at home this week.  We love seeing all of the work our children have been completing at home. Thank you for sharing via email and parent postcards.

This week we will be sharing the story ‘ Stickman’ by Julia Donaldson.

Phonics

This week’s phonic sounds sessions have been shared using Evidence Me and on the  EYFS Blog. Please email us at eyfs@broadford.havering.sch.uk if you are unable to access the virtual links.

Learning to Blend Links

At this stage your child is segmenting the letters ---- c-a-t but then saying another word, e.g sounding out c-a-t and saying the word mat! This is a developmental stage to learning to blend and you may find the additional links in the document useful!

Links will expire in 7 days.

Click here for RWI Virtual School links. We have loved seeing your videos and photos of your RWI sessions please keep sharing!
