Here is the ingredients that we used...
- 1.5 kg bag of plain flour
- 2 sachets of dried yeast
- 900 ml of warm water
- (1/3 of hot water mixed with cold)
- 1 dessert spoon of caster sugar
- 1 dessert spoon of salt
Here is the recipe that we followed..
- Sieve flour, salt and yeast into a bowl.
- Add warm water.
- Mix to a dough.
- Knead the dough.
- Leave the dough to rise.
- Put dough in a tin and bake in a oven.
- Leave bread to cool down.
- Slice, eat and enjoy!
