Frozen!

In the Early Years it is important to follow the childrens interests. It is not so much the topics we teach, but the skills. Therefore when a number of the children expressed an interest in the film 'Frozen' we saw this as an opportunity to engage them and follow their interests. The children worked collaboratively at creating a castle.  They used problem solving skills to determine the resources needed. Furthermore I'm sure their imaginations will sore when they play with the world they have helped to create.
