We were so proud of all of the Reception children, they behaved impeccably on our trip to Jump Evolution, it was such an amazing start to our Super Hero topic. The children were delighted to meet Spider Man, Bumble Bee, The Incredible Hulk and Bat Man, we couldn't believe our luck! This trip out into our local community was our first trip with the Reception classes, and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of our Parent and Carer volunteers. So a big thank you to them.
This was also a safe, fun environment for pupils to develop their physical skills, especially their control and coordination. The conversations that took place while we were there and on our return were amazing and full of vivid imaginative language and fueled a great deal of independent writing about their adventures on their return.
Laura said "I loved jumping on the trampolines, I want to go back"
Ameila said "I wasn't scared when I jumped off the platform!"
