We will be concluding our colour topic this week. Our colour of the week will be gold. Our story of the week is ‘The Jolly Christmas Postman’, we will continue to sing Christmas Songs of the children’s choice. We will be carrying out discussions with the children this week to determine the themes for the role play and small world, as we endeavour to teach skills through the children’s interests. Furthermore our topic for next term will be traditional tales.

Thank you to all of you for your support with the Nativity costumes. It was great to see so many of you in the audience.
We will be holding a Christmas party for the children on Wednesday. You do not have to do anything different. The children will come in their usual time. We will provide the food and music. They need to come in their uniform and they will wear a Christmas hat that they have made in school.
We hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year and we look forward to seeing you back at school on Monday 5th January 2015.
Thank you for your continued support.
The Nursery Team
