Shiver me timbers!

After discussing what they would like for the next role play area, the reception children decided on a pirate themed role play. They have loved dressing up this week and getting into character. Luckily the children have been able to protect reception from any rogue pirates on the lose and they have been tirelessly looking for hidden treasure.

The children have been creating their own treasure maps and we will continue this next week when we get out the tea bags to create the old and weathered look!

Don't forget both Nursery and Reception children are welcome to come to school on Friday 30th June dressed as a pirate for our EYFS Pirate Day. The staff are all pretty excited to dress up as well!
