Adventure Obstacle Course.
The Reception children have enjoyed improving their physical fitness through completing the outdoors obstacle course. Obstacle courses promote cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. They are a fantastic way to improve gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination and social development. The children have shown fantastic resourcefulness making their own courses using the resources and have had lots of fun!
Max: "Watch how fast I am"
Tesha: " 1, 2, 3, 4 .."
Bella-Rose: "I like the tyres"
Torsten: Run, run. Go!
Emmalee: I can do it, Mrs Gradley!
Sophie: "This is so much fun!"
Jorgie: "I'm going to do it again."
