The Reception children have enjoyed using their resourcefulness and resilience skills to complete the 'Boat that Floats' challenge. The children had to select their resources and build their boats. Afterwards, the children were able to see if their designs were successful or if they needed to redesign their models!
Rio: 'I am going to use this to make my boat'
Joseph: "Look at my boat Mrs Hathaway, it's so cool"
Pippa: "My boat has a sail"
Pippa: Yes it floats!'
Oscar "My boat goes down here into the water'
