Reception Awards

We have had another great week and there has been so much to celebrate in Reception! These children have worked extremely hard and have been rewarded for all their hard work and efforts.

E for Excellence

Alder

Jessica, for your amazing efforts when completing your literacy writing task. You used your Fred talk to spell unfamiliar words. Well done :)



Apple: 

Mateo, for your fantastic positivity this week. You have taken every challenge you have faced in your stride. Well done!



Aspen:

Jaabir, for his amazing drawing of Supertato this week. Jaabir spent time to ensure he captured every detail of the character.  Amazing job Jaabir!




 Star Writers 

Alder

Zarrar, for using your Fred talk and sound mat to write your shopping list during our literacy task. Well done Zarrar!



Apple: 


Roza, for independently writing in speech bubbles as if you were Supertato. I was amazed with your letter formation! Keep it up.


   


Aspen: 

Edie, for her super shopping list writing this week. Edie used her phonics well to help her sound out the  items on her shopping list.  Keep up the great work Edie!

These pupils have planned carefully, revised ideas, identified key features and can talk about their learning.

A huge well done to Ronnie in Aspen Class for completing his grading for his red white belt in Jujitsu. We are all very proud of you Ronnie! Keep up the great work. 



If your child has achieved a medal or award outside of school and you would like to share with the class, please let your child's class teacher know. 

We love to celebrate the children's successes.
