Reception Awards

We have had another great week and there has been so much to celebrate in Reception! These children have worked extremely hard and have been rewarded for all their hard work and efforts.

E for Excellence

Alder

Isabelle, for getting tidying up and ensuring all the resources were put back in their correct home. Well done Isabelle, what a great role model you are for Alder Class.  



Apple:

Vrisha, this week you have been super helpful in the classroom. You have done extra jobs and made our learning environment look beautiful. Thank you!!!




Aspen:

Jimmy, for working so hard during Read, Write, Inc. You are recognising more sounds and it has been lovely to see you working so hard and becoming more confident around your learning.


 Star Writers 

Alder

Adejuwon, for your hard work and concentration during topic writing. You took time to sound out each word and used the soundmat to help you. Well done!





Apple: 

Hayden, this week you amazed me with how much effort you put into your writing. You wrote how you were super and how you are super fast. You took your time and worked hard on your letter formation. Well done!!

   

Aspen: 

Ronnie, Well done for working hard during our topic and literacy lessons. You wrote a lovely sentence for your superhero poster. Keep up the great work!

These are the key skills that our children will need to learn effectively in class and to be successful later in life.

A huge well done to Sophia in Alder Class.  Sophia took part in her first gymnastics badge grading and did very well!  Here she is with her amazing certificate and grading badge.

What a superstar!!



If your child has achieved a medal or award outside of school and you would like to share some of one of their achievements with the class, please let your child's class teacher know. 

We love to celebrate the children's successes.
