Marvellous Maths in Reception
This week in reception, the children have been learning how to make doubles. The children learnt that double means 'twice as many'. They were given opportunities to build doubles using real objects and mathematical equipment. The children practised saying the doubles as they built them, e.g. Double 2 is 4.
