Nursery: Parent and Carer Wellbeing

Dear Parents and Carers,

Following on from yesterday's blog, during this time it is especially important to look after ourselves to keep a positive wellbeing.

We hope the posts this week have inspired you to take some time out of your day just to do something for you!

Today we have a new pilates class with Mrs Light; this one is a Butts and Thighs workout class which you can join in for free and from your own home, all you need is a space, use a towel if you don't have a carpet or exercise mat. Here is the link:

Remember, you are not alone, if you are finding this time especially hard, get in touch and we can support you to get the help you need.

Did you know?

Havering have put together some useful information to help parents, carers and families from birth to five years old, to support their children’s communication development and learn how to help their children gain the best start to life through playful learning at home, good health and nutrition and where you can get help if you need it.

There is a range of ideas, top tips and games to support children’s language, physical and emotional development. Its aim is to ensure children start school ready to explore, learn and make friends.

Please let us know if you would like some support with getting access to a food parcel during this time. We are here to help.

Best wishes,

The Nursery Team
