Which websites, apps and services are recommended to support wellbeing?
| Shout is a 24/7 text service, free on all major mobile networks in the UK, for anyone in crisis. It’s a place to go if you’re struggling to cope and you need immediate help. At the heart of the service is a team of volunteers who take people from crisis to calm every single day. Text to: 85258 |

| The WorryTree app aims to help you take control of worry wherever you are. You can use the app to record whatever you feel worried about. It uses cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques to help you notice and challenge your worries. It can also help you create an action plan for managing worry. Webpage Link |
