Children in Need in Reception!

The Reception children loved baking biscuits for Children in Need. They worked in small groups to bake shortbread biscuits. The children followed the recipe, carefully counting out the required numbers of spoons. They then mixed, rubbed and rolled the mixture before cutting out their biscuits. As it is for Children in Need we thought decorating them with spots would be fitting!

Friday was a fun packed day of fundraising activities. Highlights included dressing up the teachers from recycled materials, the coin race and the cake sale. I think you will agree the teachers outfits were incredible and the children loved putting their creative skills to the test. There was much laughter and a lot of reciprocity demonstrated!

Thank you for all of your donations and contributions on Friday. The children had a lot of fun and I am sure we raised a lot of money for Children in Need!
