Dear parents & carers,

You should have received a letter regarding the Reception Christmas Concert last week with a request slip attached to the bottom.

Today is the deadline to put in requests for the tickets. If you have not yet done this, could you please let the class teacher know when you would like to come. There is limited spacing in the hall so if your request is not in by today, we might not be able to offer you your prefered time


Reception Christmas Celebration - Thursday 9th December 9:15 am & 2.30 pm 

It’s the time of year when we start looking forward to our Christmas celebrations and concerts. We warmly invite parents & carers to come and join us on these occasions. 

Therefore, to be able to accommodate everyone safely and fairly this year, every child has been allotted two tickets for their concert. We ask that you bring these tickets along with you on the day and our school prefects will be ready to collect them on the door. 

Tomorrow your child will be given a letter with a slip attached to the bottom. Please fill in the slip and return by Wednesday 1st December. You will receive your tickets on Friday 3rd December. 

The concert will take place in the Charlton Hall (Year 1 Building). You can access this hall through the gates on Faringdon Avenue (where the KS1 and KS2 children enter in the mornings). To ensure safety for all we will ventilate the hall, adults will sanitize their hands on arrival and we kindly ask that if anybody displays Covid symptoms (a new cough, temperature or loss of taste/smell)  they do not attend the concert.

*Two tickets for Thursday 9th December @ 9:15 am

*Two tickets for Thursday 9th December @ 2:30 pm

*1 ticket for 9:15 am and 1 ticket for 2:30  pm.
