Enormous congratulations and thank you to everyone who cycled
or scooted to school over the past two weeks.
I am pleased to announce that within the Greater London area
we placed 61st out of 121. This includes schools that are within London
and Essex, and as far afield as Surrey, Hertfordshire and Middlesex.
Nationally Broadford Primary School came 602nd out
of a massive 1056 schools.
Over the two weeks 23% of our pupils made 951 journeys on bicycles
and scooters.
Well done to everyone for choosing a more sustainable mode of
travel to school and reducing your carbon footprint.
You should all feel very proud of yourself.
It always seems impossible until it is done.
