A super well done to this week's award winners! You have all worked incredibly hard and have been rewarded for your tremendous attitude and effort! Excellent work Reception!


E for Excellence

Apple: Lucia, for always trying your very best in every lesson. You have worked super hard  in your maths  lessons and solved subtraction problems using cubes and a ten frame!

Aspen: Himanshi, you have worked super hard on this week’s topic sessions, completing your fact file and potions and creating your amazing art work. Excellent work Himanshi!

Alder: Amira, working super hard in the adult led sessions. You have used your phonic knowledge to help you write your CVC words. Excellent work Amira.



  Star Writers

 

Apple: Sophie, for your fantastic participation in your RWI sessions. You have worked super hard to do the correct formation in your writing. I have also seen you practising writing your name and it is getting better and better! Keep up the fantastic work. 


Aspen: Alana, for working really hard on your writing this week in the topic sessions. You have used your phonic knowledge to complete your CVC words.


Alder:  Bella-Rose, for your hard work in the RWI sessions. You have used your sounds to write cvc words and used your phonic knowledge in the topic sessions too! Well done Bella-Rose!





Learning Power Awards

These are the key skills that our children will need to learn effectively in class and to be successful later in life. 


Reciprocity

These children have shown interdependence, collaborated effectively, listened to others, displayed empathy and have imitated effective  ideas and methods from others.

 This has been awarded to:  Max, for being super inquisitive and curious during the bug hunts. Well done Max. 

Fire, for always being a good friend to everyone in Apple class. You always let others join in your games and have a smile on your face when doing it! 



Resourcefulness   

These pupils have been curious about learning, made links between ideas, shown imagination, reasoned methodically and capitalised on resources. 

This has been awarded to: 


Ruby, for always being so resourceful and finding new ways to support your writing in the self led sessions. Well done Ruby.
