5 Little Ducks went to Reception one day!
Following on from all our work about life cycles, looking after animals and observing them. Today, we were very lucky to have some special guests visit Reception.
Our lunch time play worker Sally brought in Ducklings for us to meet. The Ducklings were super soft and we really enjoyed having them here with us.
This links to our Early Years Curriculum (Understanding the World) through exploring the natural world around us, making observations and drawing pictures of animals and plants.
It was a QUACKING day!
Vrisha-"Watch out for its flippers"
Mavis: " Ah they are soooo cute!"
Kai: "They are fluffy"

Roza- "I want to hold it, ill be kind"
