Last week we shared the story "It's My Birthday" in Nursery. The children joined in with repeated phrases as Little Bear travelled to the other animals and reminded them to come to his party. During the week the children made Little Bear birthday cards, wrapped up presents for him, helped create invitations and baked cakes to bring to the party. With lots of excitement they helped Little Bear celebrate by throwing him a birthday party on Friday.
The children shared their cards and presents with Bear, joined in with party games and finally enjoyed the cakes they had made together.
