This blog shows some highlights from this week including:
Non-Uniform Day
PE lesson
Fun in the hall
Wow what an entrance many of the children made today! We knew lots of you may come in non-uniform but what a fantastic effort to join in with the Rockstar theme that was celebrated across the wider school! Here are some snaps of the brilliant outfits:
Below you will see some action shots of the children during their PE lesson this week. They had the opportunity to throw a foam javelin and practice target throwing with bean bags.
Here are some photos taken during the parachute activity and duck, duck, goose! Both games were a great opportunity to develop listening skills, patience and resilience through waiting their turn.
You may be aware of some building work that is taking place in the outdoor area for nursery currently. Next week we expect the building work to continue so it may be that afternoon collections are at the main entrance for safety reasons.
The construction work is to develop a water play area in which the children can transport water from different heights and directions. We will be sure to post photos so that you can see as soon as it is done!
Upcoming dates:
Friday 14th May: Eid Celebration (wear colourful clothes to nursery)
Weeks 5 and 6 of this term will be focussing on Transport including people who help us.
