Reception Home Learning Gallery




 Reception, you have been working super hard at home and we are so proud of you all.  We thought we would share the brilliant work you have been doing at home this week. Thank you for sharing your amazing learning with us!

  In Apple Class...



Wow, Apple Class have worked super hard this week! Andreea made a Wanted Poster for the Big Bad Wolf and drew a beautiful picture of her rainbow home. She also worked hard on her Writing and Maths. Chloe enjoyed taking part in a number hunt around her home and playing a word matching game. She also sang our days of the week song and got creative making a brilliant Wanted Poster, a lovely picture of her home and even a picture of Miss Hurrell! Cruz made an excellent Wanted Poster for The Wolf and wrote a full sentence. He also enjoyed the number hunt, dashing around the house and counting different objects. Isabella worked super hard on her letter formation. Ivan solved subtraction number sentences and he wrote a full sentence about The Wolf. Jessica worked hard in Read, Write, Inc, Maths and Topic making a beautiful picture of her home and a brilliant Wanted Poster. Jorgie and Nyasa also enjoyed taking part in the number hunt around their homes. Parisa worked hard to write a sentence about The Wolf, she made a wonderful painting of the Three Little Pig's flat, and worked super hard on her Reading and Maths. Rio worked hard on his Spellings and Maths. Robyn enjoyed baking, reading the Three Little Pigs and counting and writing the number eleven. Ryan worked hard on his Reading and Writing, Fred Talking words, well done Ryan! Teddy made cakes which were all different shapes, patterns and colours and had great fun.  Well done Apple Class, you have all worked so hard this week!

         


         In Aspen class...



We have been super busy in Aspen class this week. Thank you to all of our parents and carers for sharing your children's work. It is great to see all of the fantastic home learning taking place. Anna has been working hard on her number skills, creating quantity and number cards using Rice Krispies. She made a fantastic Wanted poster for the Big Bad Wolf too. Adarsh has completed lots of activities this week, it was great to see his solar system which he made with planets and bamboo sticks. Oliver has been completing his RWI tasks and reading and matching cvc words and pictures. Ayana has been working hard with her sister and it was great to watch them become RWI teachers. Aryaan has been working hard on his mathletics and ditty reading. Nikita has been enjoying his RWI sessions every day. Emmalee has been completing jigsaw puzzles and singing the alphabet song. 



In Alder Class...

         


Another amazing week of home learning from Alder class. A huge well done to all our children for their hard work at home and a big thank you to all our adults at home for your support too. Adam has being busy building an awesome Lego house. Callissya is feeling very proud of herself for writing her numbers from 0-10. Tesha has been a super scientist this week carrying out some experiments at home. Anya has been baking some Gingerbread Men... Watch out she might be on the 'Junior Great British Bake Off' next year. Torsten wrote some lovely sentences about his house as part of our Three Little Pigs topic work. Both Ksenija and Pippa have worked hard in maths this week representing the number 11.
