This week our home learning will be based around the traditional tale ‘The Three Little Pigs’.

Good Morning Reception! Please see the timetable below for today's Reception home learning. Families can decide the best times for these to take place. However, we recommend that the children only sit and work for half an hour maximum at a time. Younger children can find it harder to concentrate for longer periods of time. It is recommended to have breaks between the sessions.

Topic (30 minutes) Watch Miss Hurrell's Topic Lesson Read or listen to the story The Three Little Pigs. Read through the Vocab Slides. Would you like to be friends with the Wolf? Why or why not? Red Words Spelling Test

Each week we will be adding 5 red words for your child to practice spelling. We will upload the weekly spelling test video every Friday.

Please help your child to practice reading and writing the spelling words.  Click here for a blank spelling worksheet.

Challenge: Write a sentence using each spelling word, take a photo and send it to your class teacher.
