Nursery: Home Learning Wednesday 24th February 2021

Dear Parents and Carers,

Spring 2; Week 1 Theme: Engineers Week

Today’s learning includes:

  • Story (for 3 and 4 year olds and 2 year olds)

  • Activity

  • Daily Challenge

  • Physical Development

Our daily activities will reflect the adult led learning that would have taken place in nursery so it is important that your child engages with this learning in addition to CHILD-LED PLAY

We will be responding to Evidence Me Parent Shares each week to see how your child is getting on at home.

Activity: Wellbeing Wednesday

We are all spending a lot of time in front of our computer screens at the moment, which we understand is a lot and does not always have a positive effect on us. Whilst we know that so many of you are working really hard with online learning we know that it is always good to take a break; that is why we are introducing Wellbeing Wednesday. We want to enjoy an afternoon that involves no screens instead you could go for a walk and have an adventure outside, get cosy in a homemade den, or try and follow a recipe – with your parents’ help of course! We are looking forward to it and we hope you are as well.

Daily Challenge

Do you remember our story ‘When I Build With Blocks’? Now it’s your turn.

What will you build? Don’t forget to take a picture of your building and send it to Evidence Me.
