Goldilocks and The Three Bears

This week our home learning will be based around the traditional tale ‘Goldilocks and The Three Bears’.

Please check the updated daily timetable for our live sessions this week and whole school. Join Mrs Nicholls at 9:30am for our E for Excellence Awards assembly. Join the Reception team at 2:00pm for Reception End of Day Story. Group 5 readers for Apple, Aspen, and Alder class this morning, the  timetable can be found below. We have our 5 daily sessions for you to enjoy today. Our weekly red word spelling test link can be found. You have unlimited access to our favourite exercise and brain break session, 5 a day tv. You can access exciting dance routines and chilled out meditations. Join Miss Mullan for Maths and there are additional videos for number formation, Miss Hurrell for Topic and remember to have lots of fun and games too!

Reception Home Learning Timetable

Please see the timetable below for Reception home learning sessions and timings. Families can decide the best times for these to take place. However we recommend that the children only sit and work for half an hour  at a time. Younger children can find it harder to concentrate for longer periods of time. It is recommended to have breaks between the sessions.

Maths Number formation with Mrs Gradley Maths with Miss.Mullan Ordering two or three items by Height Can you make three towers?  Tower Ideas - We can’t wait to see your tower designs! Put them in order, tallest to shortest, and shortest to tallest. You can use plastic cups, lego, duplo, playdough towers, stone towers, stack cardboard boxes, make a junk model tower, toilet and kitchen roll towers. Challenge: Can you make three more towers and order them? (You can use any items you have at home. Paper and sellotape.
